Short description of error
Purple or white glare appears in EEVEE-Next rendering

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
eevee next As long as ray tracing noise reduction is turned on, whether using horizontal scanning or screen space ray tracing, purple or white strong light will be generated somewhere in the roughness of the material. The switch timing accumulation will also change whether it is purple or white light.

By the way: turning on timing accumulation causes a scene lit by self-illumination to darken significantly, I'm not sure if this is normal. (The light emitted by ray tracing, not the entire scene)
