with certain images when the overlay node per channel is on HSV then this causes artifacts like in the video

Add color balance, make adjustments

I can reproduce with the 2 images
Normally with the 2 videos and with the 2 pictures you can reproduce the problem and this problem reproduce in 4.1/main

Thanks. Can confirm when "max" algorithm is chosen. Though I'm not sure if this is a bug. I'd forward this to @OmarEmaraDev
This is not a bug as far as I can see. Those kind of issues happen when you have compressed textures and try to process them in a different color model, in this case, HSV. You can check that by looking at the hue channel of the image, which shows artifacts even with no processing.
