Short description of error
Lines that are thin enough relative to screen size seem to automatically lower in opacity, even if the line is drawn at 100% opacity. I assume this is expected behavior to improve readability with anti aliasing, but it still happens with AA turned off, and low opacity line segments have the possibility of drawing over full opacity line segments if they're in the same stroke. Ideally, this behavior would be a toggleable setting.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
zoom in and out in camera view to view opacity artifacts. When zooming in, the artifacts disappear and the lines are drawn at full opacity.

This doesn't seem like it's a bug. It's intended like this by the renderer.
Adding an option is a different topic. We shouldn't spent time on new features while also working on GPv3.
