Short description of error
As you can see glass shader as called architectural stack - works differently between versions 3.6 and 4.1
The project is made in 3.6.10 LTS. You can make a copy from it and test the same frame in 4.1.
The difference will be obvious, there is less light coming into the room - the reason is unknown.

The Principled BSDF went through a lot of changes. You can see this by changing the walls and floor to diffuse, the lighting in the room is the same on 3.6.5
and 4.0.2
Leaving the window frame's material lets us see the difference. Stuff is darker because of the better conservation of energy.
As @Fernando-Alcala pointed out, the amount of light entering the room is the same between Blender 3.6.X and 4.0.X
The differences originate from the energy conservation changes that occurred in the Principled BSDF during 4.0's development.
I am closing this report as expected behaviour.
