Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19045-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.6.0 NVIDIA 560.81

Blender Version
Broken: version: 4.2.2 LTS, branch: blender-v4.2-release, commit date: 2024-09-23 12:18, hash: c03d7d98a413
Worked: I've been experiencing this since 4.1 or maybe slightly earlier.

Short description of error
when using a wacom tablet with sliders in the properties panel or npanel (or any panel aside from custom properties), sliding to the left takes a while before it kicks in, sliding right takes a long time and then it jumps to absurd numbers.

this video shows the behaviour, since blender hides the cursor while one is using sliders is hard to see the cursor but i'm moving it constatly to either side of the screen.

use a wacom tablet
open a file.
slide any value slider that isnt a custom property.

I've tested it, and I can confirm the bug. But it happens when the Tablet API is set to Windows Ink. For some reason, scale always seems to work with me though~

an update, this is why I don't think wintab is a solution, happens when you have multiple blender windows open like if you have 2 monitors too.

Guess you reopened the report by mistake?
There haven't been any discussion for a while in #90771 / #94834 . Feel free to share your insights there. I don't think anyone is maintaining tablet platforms atm.
