Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2070 SUPER

Blender Version
Broken: 4.3 stable
Worked: 4.2

Short description of error

Visual bug in the viewport, most notably in Edit Mode as shown in the video below.
The navigate gizmo at the top right also gets affected by this.
Sometimes the app freezes and crashes too, especially when sculpting.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Doesn't seem to affect everyone but you can launch 4,3, go in edit mode, subdivide the cube a few times and you'll start seeing the lines change colors.

Fix
Changing to OpenGL fixes this issue.

I am not quite sure how you are using vulkan in 4.3 stable, when it is experimental feature. Oh it's in extras, nevermind...

But it seems to be the same issue as #127619 indeed, so will close as duplicate.
