Clicking folder icons does'nt work in File browser and append #22920

%%%Windows XP 32bit.

When appending(File->Append and [Shift]+[F1])or Linking, I can't go to any directory with clicking folder icons in File browser.
Open and Save commands are work fine.

I verified the bug in r30508 and r30515.
It works fine at least r30284 and r30501.

Note: "TESTBU~1" is a dos name of "TestBuilds", not multibyte chars.

I have no idea why blender tries to read the 'Untitles.blend' file(reading 'open recently' lists?).
It doesn't show 'open recently' list in File menu.

loopduplicate's one works fine, no messages in the console window.

%%%Issue was solved with revision #30553

The issue with trying to open the Untitled.blend is a small and (for now) harmless issue with trying to open the .blend file for linking/appending - the initial path is set to the current .blend file which doesn't exist until saved. This will be solved after the release.
