worked until 2.68a, not working on2.69.

when I try to import my keymap vonfig I got an error.

- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---

%%%Issue is that some operators' properties do no more exist… attached an edited version of your exported keyconf that should load nice in current trunk, and changed keyconf exporter to generate code that would not "crash" in such case (so please export it asap with a trunk >= r61073).
