%%%--- Operating System, Graphics card ---
Windows 7, 64-bit
Intel integrated grahics (no GPU)

- Blender version with error, and version that worked ---

This is the second time I have reported this Bug. I last reported it in 2.68, but I see now that it is still not fixed in 2.69. (The fact that others have not reported this is surprising to me, because it basically renders the NLA useless for character animation, where the NLA is most needed.)

The error definitely does not occur in 2.66, and I believe 2.67 works fine, too. It really started in 2.68.

- Short description of error ---

The Bug is simple: When two NLA strips overlap, the values in Bones with Keyframes in each of the strips get crazy.

Here is the Bug Report I filed on this for 2.68: https://projects.blender.org/tracker/?func=detail&atid=498&aid=36496&group_id=9

(One note: All of my character rigs are generated via Rigify. I am not sure whether that is a factor in this Bug, or whether it occurs on non-Rigify Armatures.)

- Steps for others to reproduce the error (preferably based on attached .blend file) ---

Attached is a .Blend with a simple character animation - transitioning from a walk cycle to the character waving. Observe how the arm gets all crazy where the strip overlaps. (The point of the NLA is to smoothly transition between values.) Try it in 2.66 (or 2.67) and the Bug does not occur.

If somebody could please consider this Bug, I'd be appreciative, because it is preventing me from doing character animation in the current versions of Blender.
