blender 2.69.1 r60682 , Win 7 32-bit. NVidia GT630 with cuda

Hello. Some days ago i got a problem with blender2.69. I doesnt know a cause, but there is a lot of components doesnt works. I use 2 releases: an original from blender.org and another one from graphicall.org. The problems is the same for 2.69 version. Its not matters, where is the program destination of blender. Cycles, refreshing of addon list, CUDA support and enabling of any addon from the addons list doesnt work! Im sure, what the problem is not at release, but somethere in my computer. I also tasted that 2 releases at windows 8 64-bit OS, that i also have at my PC - and there is no problems with blender!!! The destinations to blender is the same at both systems ( i use external HDD with common disk name F:)

Who know how to solve that problem?

This is almost certainly the same bug as blender/blender-addons#38219 (Addon loading), how it happens is still a mystery though, so far no developer has been able to redo the problem..

Thanks to everybody. I solve that problem!
I just searched all files and folders named '...blender...etc' on C;
And delete all appdata chained with blender (except main blender program folder)

Now blender run without problems. The problem is solved.
