BHV cache is not freed, and Copy Previous Settings try to duplicate it. #40669

Short description of error
I just tried to copy my previous settings and it kept freezing.
After looking at the AppData...\Blender\2.70\cache I just realized, it is 113GB!!!
It would be nice to introduce some kind of cache policy, or at least should not be copied.
Or you could move to AppData...\Blender\cache if it is not version dependent.
Or simply warn the user, when having a really old or big data accumulated.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Enable cache BHV in Cycles
  2. Render Animation
  3. Copy previous settings

It was already discussed several times, like in #40188. And this is ho it works by the original design. It might be useful to copy caches as well, so you'll still have cache for the files you're working with. And one more thing, is that CUDA kernels are also belongs to the cache and those you'll want to re-use as much as possible..

Not advocating BVH cache, but this option would likely be removed when we optimize BVH and scene export stage more.
