Light does not show through the transparent part of an object #41232

Short description of error
I created an animation of a plane that was burning away. When you see the transparent parts of the plane, the light does not show through it like it should. The shadow beneath the burning plane still has the shape of a square plane; as if the transparent parts of the burned plane is blocking the light.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
If you run the animation and stop it in the middle, let's say, and render the image, you'll see the plane is partially burned away but the shadow underneath looks like a full plane. Blender does not recognize that the plane has some transparency. It sees it as a full plane. You can download the blend file from the link below:

There is no bug here, you must make your 'Floor' object receive transparent shadows (Shadow panel in materials).
