System Information
Operating system and graphics card

Blender Version
2.71.3 939503a

Short description of error
The sound strip Volume has some keyframes. Whlie playing the Volume scroll (in strip properties) doesn't change visually.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Play the sequence. When stop, use mouse to move along timeline. So, the scroll changes.

Also, I was having some audible volume issues with the same strip... but I can't reproduce them yet.

If you check "Property Editors" in the "Playback" menu of the "Timeline" editor, the values update.
