Broken: 2.72.1 6c2ce7a

Short description of error
Crash on exit when meet certain circumstances.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Open Blender
Go to User Prefs and enable VBO
Create "Cube"
Quit Blender

blender --debug shows no issues.
Seems to be a Windows issue, but I have no means to check.
