Hey @Sarina1347,
Your report is missing one important point: What happens actually, that you consider being a bug? That should be clear to us without even needing to download the .blend file. Furthermore, what do you expect to happen? You would help us a lot with this information, so we don't have to waste time trying to find that information on our own.

Nevertheless, thanks for the report!

No answer since one week -> closed! Sorry, but we have to be very strict in order to keep our bug tracker organized.

Oh oh....
I sent u an email instead of commenting...
I'm sooo sorryyy...
anywayzz herez the reply to ur 1st question. ..

When without sub dividing the cube I had made use of the subdivision modifier the cube would some what smoothen.. and as you increase the view option, keeping the render option at one i.e. default, the cube smoothen more n more till it would reach the round circular state...

Due to me by mistakenly pressing ctrl z 4-5 times the view option although set at one would give me a result where in the output was some what like an ico sphere i.e. a figure with 6-7 sides.

The part I'm considering as a bug is that I cant revert the above.. i.e. I cant get the subdivision modifier back to a slightly smoothened cube rather than the over sub divided cube... as the view option is stuck at 1 n giving me result of what should be at number 5-6.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the entire software but no use... the issue still persists...

So I need something like an undo or something by which I could bring the system back to way it was like a reset if ever such blunders occur...

Thanks for your support...!

Forgot to reopen this, but here we go again...
This might be a real bug, a limitation of the undo system (which is pretty weak) or maybe it was even decided to not send an undo push for this.
I'm not really familiar with the undo system, so I can't tell you more here... @ideasman42, what do you think?

You can not undo object level changes when in edit mode. This is because object level changes goes to the global undo, mesh changes goes to much more optimized local undo stack. mixing changes between them might be confusing and not always leads to a desired result. We've got a TODO item about this already.

So thanks for the report, but it's just how global/local undo stacks currently works in Blender.
