Short description of error

Question about this issue on blender stack exchange.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the attached blend and press bake

This was also tested on a Windows 7 64bit, i7-4770K, 16GB ram, GTX780 with the same errors.

Could you also attach a .blend using the displacement modifier?
Added subscriber: @Sergey
Please attach .blend file which demonstrates the artifact and the .exr file with baking artifacts. So far i can not reproduce the issue.
Also i've notices you're using bias of 0. This could give precision issues. Try using values like 0.0001 or so instead.
I can not post the blend with the displacement modifier and the baked displacement map packed here or on paste all because the exr is 192mb. However it is hosted on filedropper , just click on the gray download button in the middle of the screen.
Have tried different bias settings, even set to 0.0001 but the baked displacement map still has errors. The errors are in different random spots every time any of the bake settings are changed.

Can see the issue in your file but can not reproduce them locally.
Let's see if other developers can. @ThomasDinges, @JulianEisel, @MartijnBerger mind trying your luck here?
@Davd, you link leads to the homepage of filedroper, so no download link there

No answer for one week -> closed! Sorry, but we have to be very strict in order to keep our bug tracker organized. We can consider reopening after we've got the requested information.

The link to the blend file went dead because it was inactive for more than 30 days. Here is a permanent link to the same blend file on OneDrive .
Will someone with the "Can Edit" privilege edit the original bug report to include the blend file? Here is the short link http://1drv.ms/1NhTfPT to the blend file (same blend as in my last comment).
For me it works fine now. Could you test again using the latest buildbot build ?
I tried with both 2.74 2015-03-17 10:07 hash:0044297(win64_cmake_vc2013.zip) and 2.74 2015-03-27 19:46 hash:469ba8a(blender-2.74-469ba8a-win64.zip) errors as described above (The errors are in different random spots every time any of the bake settings are changed.) still persist.
Still can't reproduce here (this time using my machine in the Blender Institute). Maybe @MartijnBerger can give it a try?
The issue reported can't be reproduced so far, and has been moved to the BF Blender: Unconfirmed project.
If 2 other people aren't able to redo the bug after 2 weeks, it will be closed.
We appreciate the effort that goes into making bug reports, but to be able to fix bugs we have to be able to redo them.
If there is anything you can provide to help others to reproduce the problem, be sure to include it.

Seems that now one could reproduce archiving
