CPU: AMD Athlon IIX4 635 Processor 2.90 GHZ
RAM: 8.00 GB
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Graphics: GeForce GTX 650 Ti

Blender v2.72
Broken: Key Config, Maya/ Frames/Frame Offset/Mouse + Wheel Down/Wheel Up, (Not a bug necessarily)

A minor config for those that prefer to use the Maya configs, using Alt key to rotate may conflict with the Frame Offset feature (Alt Wheel Up/ Alt Wheel Down) should the user scroll while holding Alt key, may simply be a nuisance to have to readjust the frames that may change constantly while the user is modelling. This may be minor, I would like to however, adjust the defaults so it does not interfere with the other key configurations.

Steps: (Maya Key Configs) Alt + Wheel Down and Wheel Up
Suggestion: Readjust the default Frame OffSet with Shift + Wheel Down and Wheel Up.
