Short description of error
In "paint texture" brush fails in some perspectives and in certain distances from the object.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
create a cube (textured diffuse color)
center the cube
we are at top view
try to paint the object
we move away a bit and try to paint again. We repeat this step several times.

Another test:
create a cube (textured diffuse color)
make small turns around the cube and try to paint.
We tested this at different distances from the cube.

Hmm, seems to be strongly related to zoom. As if the strokes were "clipped away". @Psy-Fi, any idea? Precision maybe?

It has to do with normals in cube pointing away from camera in perspective mode. To "fix" you have to disable the normal option but it's a known limitation, see Hints in the old manual: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Doc:2.6/Manual/Textures/Painting/Projection
