win64.glsl textured solid and matcap error.
if you compare the two screencaps, the latest build is not displaying textures or materials correctly in the viewport.

Could you upload a .blend showing the issue so we can investigate this further?
@JulianEisel sure, i'll prepare one at some point this evening.
@JulianEisel this simple .blend file produced the same results as the .blend i screen capped previously.
untitled.blend
Hmm, can't see anything obviously weird here. Where exactly do you see the issue, or what do I need to do to see it?
@JulianEisel i've just tested that .blend file with and without my custom startup.blend and userpref.blend and the error appears with the former, see the next two screencaps.
edit: to clarify it shows up when i use my custom settings.

Okay that means the bug comes from a bad setting or from an Add-on. I'd try to change some OGL related settings in the User Preferences (System tab). If this doesn't help you can try to search the issue in the Add-ons.
Anyway, that's nothing we handle in our tracker. Thanks for the report but this should be closed now.
@JulianEisel thanks and i tracked it down to system tab > gpu mipmap generation which even when using factory settings still produces the error if that option is toggled off.
this is only with the latest build not the previous 2.74 ones i've tried, so i still think you should look into this as it might affect other users.
