Isn't this the same issue you reported in #44050? I can't really tell from the report as it doesn't describe the problem properly...
Did you open the .blend? You need to see it to understand it. I can't make sense of it either.

the .blend says that it is incomplete?
This site must be run by bots. Can't even open a file... This site is THE blender bug reporter and they can't even solve an issue as simple as this one. God you guys must suck... I'm just going to some other site where it's not run by bots and they can actually fix my issue.

You know... moderators, admins, owners and co-owners. This is a bug reporter site. People here try to help you. And saying that I did not report is properly is completely stupid. Just say something "Ah I see what's wrong, Do this and this to fix it" Simple... Why can't you just do that. Comments like that are obviously bots... I just want to enjoy Blender Game Engine to it's fullest... Please just give me that privilege. I'm asking you as a friend, tell me how to fix it and we can both be on our ways happy as can be.
I think you're getting this wrong, our bug tracker is for you (and the other users) and we try to help you by making Blender more stable.
The report should describe the bug so that we can easily understand the issue. The only information this report provides about what the actual bug is is "Blender Game Engine camera freaks out when parented to non-rotated object" which just isn't enough for us tbh. At least you could've written that the .blend contains more information about the bug.
As said on the "Report a Bug " page, the deal is: You do your half of the work, then we do our half!.
And no we are no bots, we are humans! So you see, it's really important that we communicate well to keep such a complex beast as Blender under control ;)
Anyway, let's not waste our time discussing our tracker policy, let's investigate this issue instead. (Although someone else should do this - I'm really not a Game Engine developer)
