Based on a (as simple as possible) attached .blend file with minimum amount of steps

Most likely an openGL driver issue, can you please:
blender-softwaregl
distributed with official blender, will be slow, but will show whether this is a driver issue or not).Hi!
I didn't change configuration settings OGL, but started Blender in mode OpenGL and as in the regular mode i can't see the effect.
these are files Inf System
Blender.
system-info.txt
Blender (Mode OpenGL)
system-info_modo_OGL.txt
I could mean that you have razon about the driver.
I'm sorry for wrong english, I'm learning.

The answer is really simple and this is not a bug.
Go to user preferences-> system and set window draw method from automatic to triple buffer.
Enjoy.
thank you, and i'm sorry for work extra :(
We do need to add info in the manual that the feature is only available in triple buffered mode though.

No worries, it's not something that you can know without looking at the code (answer is "simple" from coding, not user perspective).
@dfelinto, can you make sure the manual explicitly mentions that viewing multiview is only supported in triple buffering?
This comment was removed by @ACH2015
I know, it's because automatic window method will not use triple buffering for open source (Gallium) or software renderers. But you can't know that as a user, all the more reasons to add it in the manual.
yes! Don't worry, when it's in the manual, I believe this situations no repeat again je je.
Developers are doing a great job.
