System Information
WIn7 x64, HD7770

Blender Version
Broken: 2.75 087c82e
Worked: 2.74 (no transparent shadows but also no glitches)

Short description of error
Rendering a scene with transparent materials doesn't work properly in OpenCL (on HD 7770 at least)

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Attached file and hit F12 on a machine with a GCN Card.
bug openCL transparent shadows.blend

cpu.png The right render with CPU with 2.74 e1b8ed8

gpu.png GPU render with 2.74 e1b8ed8 transparent shadows activated manually in kernel_types.h
The shadows on the left side are brighter than with CPU and one part is much darker.

gpu 2.75 087c82e with transparent shadows.png GPU render with 2.75 087c82e transparent shadows activated in kernel_types.h

gpu 2.75 087c82e.png GPU render with 2.75 087c82e no transparent shadows

Note that the last 2 renders were made with x32 version because the buildbots for Winx64 are down. Notice the pink at the top and the noise at the bottom.

Transparent shadows are disabled in official builds for a reason -- issues with them are caused by bug in AMD compiler. There seems to be no issues on Tonga GPU machine here in the studio so i enabled transparent shadows in experimental kernel feature set. But it does not mean it became officially supported on all the platforms.

In order to make this feature official we need AMD to fix their compiler.

and the pink in 2.75 that wasn't there in 2.74 (even without transparent shadows ?)

If the pink stuff happens with the 2.75-RC1 then it is to be reported separately, so it does not getting mixed with issues caused by your local modifications.
