Short description of error
Whatever I do in Blender(even just simple start and do nothing) when go to File-User Preferences and click System tab - Blender is dropdown without any messages. Exactly the same when I try to choose Cycles renderer in dropdown list in Infobar.

Although this is a driver issue, a workaround for this on Blender's side was committed by Sergey recently. Could you try with latest build from buildbot to see if crash is fixed?

Since buildbot doesn't do installer builds, you don't need to install anything, just download and extract the .zip.

Does it crash when you do Help -> System Info? If not, please attach the system-info.txt. If it crashes, please upload system-info.txt generated by 2.74 release.

Also please run blender from the command line with --debug-cycles command line argument and attach the output here.

All not so simple as I think. When do your steps in left right coner of infobar I see the message:

System information generated in system-info.txt

Then I go to folder, where placed blender.exe -file and don't see file with this name. Also I try to search this file through windows search. And file with this name absent. I try to maximize infobar to see the path, but there only file name. What I do wrong?

the system info is opened in blender you have to go to the text editor and open it up

That's not the Text Editor, that's the File Browser. More info here .

Yes it is. I capture screen because in Text Editor I was not saw anything and then switch to File Browser.

Now I have done little video with my steps, maybe it bring some clear what I do wrong.

Syste information we already have from you (comment about making it an file attched to the comment was for the future). But we still need to have output of blender run with --debug-cycles command line argument. In order to do so please do:

  • Download and unpack latest version of blender from builder.blender.org
  • Open Command Line tool in windows (Win-R, type cmd.exe, then enter)
  • In the command line tool type full path to the new blender.exe and add --debug-cycles after the space, for example: c:\users\sergey\downloads\blender_buildobt\blender.exe --debug-cycles
  • Hit enter
  • Open user preferences, go to to the System tab
  • After the crash copy-paste terminal output to a .txt file and attach it here.

This will give us missing bits of crucial information about how to process further with the fix from our side.

P.S. It could also be some language barrier here which might be making communication difficult, and lso seems you can totally follow russian ;) So if you'll have some difficulties with following the instruction you can mail me sergey AT blender.org and i'll try to help you gathering the information in a more native for you language.

Shame on me - I don't know how to copy to clipboard text of console output(never use this, instead I always write some kind of this: SomeApp.exe->report.txt , but in this case this was fail).

Doesn't really seem you're using latest buildbot builds.

There was an error in 2.75 official release which then was fixed in Git and to have working blender you'll need to use nightly builds.

Just to be sure, please download https://builder.blender.org/download/win64_cmake_vc2013.zip (which should contain all the fixes we did after the release) and doublecheck if it still crashes and if it still does please attach output of --debg-cycles with this latest build.
