Short description of error
Simply the performance of the snap to face option has significantly decreased. Check the video.

(yes, nobody do retopology with playback on, but its to show the slow down on numbers, working normally its as evident as that.)
Some info about my config
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
1-improv05_V008ejemplo.blend (sorry for the weight, its the smallest that i get to properly show the issue)
2-select the object "Plane"
3-switch to edit mode
4-select all vertices and try to move snapping around
Note: as you saw on the video this is extremely evident when its compared with an older or the official release build.
