Short description of error
Program fails to run on start.
Error message: Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point GetFinalPathNameByHandleW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Trying to start blender from expanded unzipped .zip folder. Maybe it's something as simple as a missing library that doesn't come with OS? (As far as I know up to MSVC++2013 redistributable is installed. I'll see if I can find any newer ones.)
