Dynamic Paint image sequence bake crashes if mesh has no UV layer
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
With default startup file:
File ready for step 3: dpaint_crash.blend
Changed status to: 'Open'

Here I'm not too sure what would be the best way to address the issue, however the following patch does the trick:
Though, if the UV layer selector is empty in the UI, it is still possible that the mesh has a UV layer and the operator will use that one, so not sure if cancelling the operator is the right fix here.

@kevindietrich. committed alternate fix, empty UV layer name is allowed, it just falls back to the active.
