OS: Debian 8 x86_64

Blender : 2.76b f337fea

Short:
Smoke does not work with negative non-single-digit startframe.

Long:
I'm doing Quick Smoke and press [Alt]+- [x] to play the animation: everything works as exspected.
The I change the startframe in the physicstab of the Smoke Domain to -10. Baking works, but the animation
not play at all. But it seems to work with single-digit negative numbers.

As far as i can tell smoke sim is not supposed to work for negative frames at all. It stores a "time" value for the "last time the smoke domain was updated for", but this gets set to the scene frame and so can never be <= 0.

The negative frames for point cache are a hack afaict, don't think this should be touched.
