Blender Dynamic Paint sourcing Col of Vertex Color is not right #49940

I was painting my Object Vertex Color manually. Then I was thinking to use this Vertex Color "Col" as my Initial for Dynamic Paint. Apparently there is discrepancy between original Vertex Color data and the one shown and use by Dynamic Paint for simulation.

I think it's a bug.
