Short description of error
Located on the Y-axis there appears to be a black wall. The wall is located underneath the grid and can be found in the startup file. The black wall goes on infinitely on the Y-axis and never stops. The black wall does not appear in the final render. This glitch appears in EEVEE, Cycles, and Clay. It does not appear in Internal or the Game engine.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

linux drivers somehow allow Intel HD Graphics 3000 to support OpenGL 3.3, even though Intel says it's impossible. But it seems it's only partiall support.

Please run blender from the command-line and paste the errors you have there.
(cc: @MikeErwin @Sergey another intel issue it seems, what to do about those?

Here is a log with --debug--gpu:
gpu log
When I run in terminal I get this error:
Performance is very good on my big project however. ;)
When using this version entering edit mode and entering the object it gives me this error:
The application then froze and so did my entire computer. I was able to exit the application before my entire computer became unusable and was able to type this in here.
This wall disappears if you turn on only render in the display panel.
Can reproduce the issue on my laptop. Will give it a closer look later.
