After recent eyedropper commits the hotkey E for the tracking pie menu in the movie clip editor doesn't work. Also trying to assign E to any other operator does not work.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open the Movie Clip Editor. Open a clip, movie or image. Then try to change any operator from Track or Solve panels to E. At least for me E does nothing anymore.

Just noticed that also the eyedropper tool to pick other things like parent objects, camera focal distance etc. doesnt work anymore.
