what I get in material view and if I try to press material tab to add a new material > crash

@zgorg can you try setting the viewport samples to 1 in the render panel (in sampling tab) and test if Material/Rendered mode with eevee is still broken?
Additionally can you try setting the Viewport Quality to 0 (in user preferences > system) and test if the solid view is still broken.

If that fixes the problem. Revert the changes and try to run from the command line with
C:\path\to\blender.exe --debug-gpu
and copy paste the output in a text file and attach it to this bug repport.

bon pas de réponse.
je la fais en français en mettant les réglages comme tu le dis j'ai pu à peine discerner des objets (c'est à la limite du visible)
2 cubes un sur l'origine et un dupliqué
et quand à "Revert the changes and try to run from the command line with" ne sachant pas trop de quelle command line il s'agissait j'ai essayé dans la console Blender ce qui ne fonctionnait pas et donc j'en ai déduit que c'était dans la fenêtre command de windows?

Sorry for the lack of answer from my behalf, this is a duplicate of #55987 which seems to affect all Intel HD 630 GPUs. Behaviour seems to be a bit different depending on the OS but the problem is the same.
