Short description of error
Installed, opened (seems to open with no problems), realized it wasn't a video editing software, tried to uninstall, didn't work.
Restart, try again, still doesn't work.
Error message:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\msiexec.exe
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add or remove programs -> Blender -> Uninstall

No idea, if you run the installer again, it should give you a repair/uninstall option, does uninstall work from there?
