Don't really need upload a .blend file because it is a new file, and done nothing to it.
still same issue with blender 2.80 hash:

Seems to be something wrong, still cant reproduce though (linux, 970m)...
Not sure what might be causing this (if it is some drawing thing on MAC, maybe @fclem knows? -- or maybe @antoniov has seen this before?)
I cannot reproduce it, but the first thing is test using: blender --factory-startup
I had some problems after the changes done in Toolbar, but using factory startup all was solved.
A log of the crash could help also.

Reset factory settings fixed the issue.
