Short description of error
Clicking in viewport makes the whole scene dark.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Either use this startup file and click somewhere in the viewport. startup.blend
Or (found while typing the report) open this file and the scene is already too dark. dark_scene.blend

I could not replicate the problem. Has it already been fixed?
I can't indeed reproduce it anymore, but not sure whether that was an intentional fix or is just something local masqueraded.
