System Information
Operating system: Windows 7
Graphics card: NVIDIA K1100 (the pilote has been updated :))
Blender Version
blender-2.80.0-git.ea33b90a1bf-windows64
Short description of error
Blender scratches with the use of the spin button
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Launch Blender
Close SplashScreen
With the default cube, object mode, move it to the left and down, in order to have the 3D cursor at the same level than the top face of the cube :
G Y -2 enter
G Z -1 enter
Chose edit mode (Tab / Edit mode)
3 to choose Face option
Select the top face (only)
Clic on Spin button
Clic on the right blue (+) of the half blue arc : a double circle appears and the mouse symbol changes to the Wait symbol.
Blender scratches !!!
The popup of the spin appears with a single line without any information.
When I clic on the 3D view, the PC's ventilator turns a lot and the screen changes for white screen => I need to kill the blender process

I assume "pilote" means drivers? In any case I suggest you download the latest ones from here https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/140130/en-us and install them.
Can you attach (as a file, do not paste this) the output if you run blender with "--debug-gpu". Additionally, you can run blender with "--debug-gpu-force-workarounds" and see if that solves it.
Hello Sebastian,
Yes, the driver is ok.
File 1 : Blender launched without extension
The screen is not white because I did not click on the 3D View
File 2 : Blender launched with --debug-gpu
The screen is white because I clicked on the 3D View to try to change the rotation axis
File 3 : Blender launched with --debug-gpu --debug-gpu-force-workarounds
The screen is white because I clicked on the 3D View to try to change the rotation axis
Both of solutions scratch Blender
!
Emmanuel
I didn't want pictures. I wanted the text output printed in the cmd when you run blender with "--debug-gpu".
Oh sorry ! I did not understand.
I am working on Windows 7 on a PC.debugGPU on Spin.txt
Within the cmd line, I launched blender as "blender --debug-gpu"
A lot of lines appear on the cmd windows.
The cmd buffer is too small to keep all information.
So, I catch the last lines before scrash (with the same process as mentionned ealier).
I hope it will help you ... or tell me how to catch more utile debug information.
Thanks a lot.
