Import/Export formats losted on 2.7 after ff44a99 commit
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Update blender2.7 branch to ff44a9957e
and see to import/export menu
For ex. - obj and fbx is losted

This happens for most import/export scripts (but not all).

@Sergey I'm assigning this to you as it seems like it was your bump to the addons that broke it.
