Context Menus for Paint Modes #62130

This is a follow on from a discussion on IRC with @campbellbarton.

Recently, contextual menus menus were added to the paint modes. However, inside the paint modes we hardly have any useful operators to add here.

Instead, we could add common brush controls here, as many painting apps do.

To start, we could just add a simple list of sliders:

Later on, when the brush picker is more fleshed out, we could add it here too, like so:

@ideasman42 I think we could just start off by doing the simple thing of just adding the most common sliders here for each tool type. I will gladly populate this if you set up a panel for me :)

Not sure, but I think the original Drawing context menu was better and the operators included are very useful in grease pencil drawing

This is the old menu:

And this is the new

@pepe-school-land @mendio What do you think?

@antoniov we should be consistent in the different paint modes. But we can still add operators here, underneath the brush settings

This could be so interesting in deep, but please please please before commint this kind of changes talk with anyone of grease pencil team.
As you now the contextual menus are so useful for the workflow and Grease Pencil is not just for "Paint", basically is an animation tool
and lost all the useful animation options in contextual menus is not worthy at all.

Have the some brush options in contextual menus is useful indeed, I like it, but only that, we need animation options contextual menus in
draw an sculpt modes for a proper animation workflow.

@pepe-school-land That's why I made this a design task first, and left it here for a few weeks before doing it.

I can add the frame operators into the menu.

@WilliamReynish The fix is perfect. Thanks a lot!
