Short description of error
On opening a file the model has extra faces that did not exist before. See the attached two files. One is from the May 28th build and the other is from May 31. The model is fine in the May 28th build with no problems. The model form the May 31 build has the extra faces connecting external boundaries.
The model made from a was scanned hand drawn image, imported into Adobe Illustrator, Cleaned up, saved as an SVG, Imported into blender and converted to a mesh from curves. It was then cleaned up, extruded and material applied.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

.Assuming
GLEW_ARB_ES3_compatibility
istrue
seems to avoid the issue at least in this file, though I'm not sure if that meansGL_PRIMITIVE_RESTART_FIXED_INDEX
is actually supported on macOS (and not just iOS). I couldn't find details about that. Things seems to work ok removing the line that enablesGL_PRIMITIVE_RESTART_FIXED_INDEX
, so not sure how to test if this works.The code in
static void primitive_restart_index
seems problematic to me. Thatstatic
variable is not going to work if any other code callsglPrimitiveRestartIndex()
or if multiple OpenGL contexts are used? Leaving out theif (el->index_type != last_type)
test avoids the issue as well, I don't know if that's an important optimization.Added subscriber: @xuekepei
