Short description of error
Glitchy pixels in lookdev / eevee and some relation with Overlays
Is not about materials
NEW! --> If I toggle Screen Space Reflection of eevee config all glitch fx go away
See the provided video for more info
2019-07-15 22-41-54.mp4
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Just change view mode to eevee or lookdev, if nothing is changing toggle overlays
Open the .blend file to test it out
Note: this wasn't happenning with near previous versions of Blender (of sub 74), I don't know when it exactly stopped to work properly

Update your graphic drivers. Latest version is 26.20.100.6912.
@fclem Tried to download that version according to my system specifications but it doesn't let me to install saying something like is not valid with my system lol and I have a very recent version of Windows 10 (1903) that looks compatible with that driver, also the official driver assistant of intel says that my software is updated :/ that's very annoying.... (want to break some windows now...)
I'll try to dig into it and look for a solution but as I said, I didn't have that problem before.... remember me to something that almost exactly happened to me in the alpha version but was the alpha...
Later I will respond to this if I can update the drivers and it works fine or not, so just wait for it at the moment
Hey, are you sure is about my GPU? No one having this issue? because this is quite annoying and so much specific things related with Blender itself, also I don't have any problems with other softwares. Just see the video and read this.....
If I...
So... By the fact this is annoying for me. Do you really think Is my GPU a racist of cubes, has a favourite workspace and likes SSR above all things?
Soonly I will have a new gpu so I can test it better with new hardware and software to discard things but I don't discard that is a problem from Blender itself and specially in the cube object from all I have tested
Here a second video showing up the annoying 3 things commented before

You can try running with
--debug-gpu-force-workarounds
. But I remember that this exact issue was caused by a faulty Intel driver. If running with the above argument fixes the issue, put you system-info.txt here so I can "blacklist" your driver version.
Yeah running with --debug-gpu-force-workarounds fixes it, thank u much! But why it only affects the cubes? Is something really weird for me even if it's caused by an intel driver. Sorry, where can I find that file? I search for all files but no result... there's a way to generate it or something like that?
You need to save it using "Help > Save System Info"
Cool, thanks, here it is: ☺
system-info.txt
Oh, Also I experimented today another kind of visual bug really really weird that almost make the mesh disappear completely (by random parts and without glitch or cubes) rotating around it and then I had to click to see it again, but later then it worked again as it should... so sure is caused by the same thing I think but I just wanted to mention it if there are more reports about it
Hi, I verify all is because of the intel's driver. I manage to update it. Seems that the error "The driver being installed is not validated for this computer" was about a "Customized computer manufacturer driver" that doesn't allow me to update the drivers. I just had to hard replace it with the official driver in a more manually way and now all it's working just fine :)
