Does it crash when rendering with smaller tile sizes?

When it crashes, is there a message about a timeout?

Big thanks for looking into this!!!!!

tile in sample file was 64, this is what the error looks like with tile at 32. Same error message.

I'did tried this (and others production files) on a twin PC whith same configuration, controllers and Blender version.

It's works fine. I suposse may be an phisical problem with PC, but i don't know exactly.

I'd also like to add a PSA, gpu's dont like to be overclocked in blender workloads. it's slightly more sensitive to overclocking, So if you receive memory errors or cuda stopping, try checking your gpu speeds and maybe clock back a little bit.

this worked for me as I was scratching my head that the 8GB on the 1070s were running out but only using about 3.5GB!!

Anyways Good I found this.

I've the same issue, so you just clocked back the GPU and it should solve this issue? How much? Like -50?

I hade the same issue with my MSI RTX 3070 Gaming X, I decreased the overclocking of Memory Clock from +1200 to +1000, this way it works for rendering.
My settings like this for overclocking:Overcloked settings RTX 3070.JPG
