You have posted two images: one that looks correct and another that looks incorrect.

But you have provided no information about that they demonstrate. We'll need a demo blend file to be able to reproduce any issues.

Let me explain. Render Engine Eevee. The first image is a viewport shading scan. Visible lines of curves are given emission. On a transparent background they are equally saturated. After F12 and only with the "film transparent" function enabled, the lines lose their brightness. When the "transparent" function is turned off, the F12 looks the same as viewport shading.
