Your graphics card is a [Radeon HD 5000 series ]] card, which is based on Terascale 2 architecture, a predecessor of GCN. The earliest supported architecture (as per [ https:*www.blender.org/download/requirements/ | requirements page ) is GCN 1st Gen, so your card is not supported.

(to be sure, downloaded the blend file and yes, it looks fine to me.)

until a few days ago these videocards worked very well, the new rewrite of some parts of eevee broke the workatound that was created

Will keep this closed still, as card is not officially supported...
