System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.18362 64 Bits
Graphics card: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.5.0 NVIDIA 436.15

Blender Version
Broken: version: 2.80 (sub 75), branch: master, commit date: 2019-07-29 14:47, hash: f6cb5f5449

Short description of error
The clear all transform option in pose mode resets all bendy bone settings of the selected bones. Upon some testing, I've noticed that only "Clear Scale" causes this, clearing rotation and location does not change any bendy bone settings. This behavior doesn't seem intended, so I decided to report it as a bug.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

These steps work on factory settings Blender 2.80

  • Add an armature with more than one bone connected to each other
  • Under "Obejct Data" > "Viewport Display", change "Display as" to B-Bone (this makes the bendy bone options visible on the armature itself, for convenience sake)
  • Enter pose mode and activate "Bendy Bones" by adding extra segments
  • Change any value under the Bendy Bones settings
  • On the viewport header, click Pose > Clear Transform > All

This should reset all settings of bendy bones back to their defaults, except for the inherit roll checkbox and the number of segments itself. I did a quick test on a 2.81 development version and it is still works

I assume this means Bendy Bone settings should not be cleared by Alt+S / Clear Transforms, right?
Then this has been reported before, see #64908 (In Pose Mode, clearing a bones Scale Transform also clears that bone's Bendy Bone Ease in/out values and also Scale in/out values), will merge these reports...

(feel free to comment again though if this is a misunderstanding...)
