Industry Compatible keymap: Pressing 3 doesn't go to Pose mode #73841

System Information
Operating system: Microsoft Windows
Graphics card: AMD brand

Blender Version
Broken: (2.81, 2.82,2.82a)
Worked: (2.80)

When Keymap is set to "Industry Compatible" mode, pressing the "3" key should enable Pose Mode, but instead enables Edit Mode like when I press "1".

3-12-2020 Update: After being told that this bug was "resolved" and updating my software to 2.82a, the bug is still there!
If any developers are reading this, please resolve this issue in the next update.

How to find this glitch:
1-Open Blender.
2-Go under Edit > Preferences and click under "Keymap."
3- In the top drop-down menu where it says "Blender," click on "Industry Compatible." (Make sure you have some experience with Autodesk Maya, the industry standard software.)
4-Create an armature. Press "1" or "2" to enter Edit Mode. Extrude joints if you want.
5-Press "4" to return to object mode.
6-Click under the drop-down menu in the top left corner. It says that Pose Mode should be enabled by pressing "3," so let's try it.
7- Press "3." Blender doesn't enable Pose Mode, it enables Edit Mode instead.

This is kind of annoying. It means that every time an animator wants to enter Pose Mode, he or she would have to click on the drop-down menu.
Imagine having to do this if you were constantly needing to switch back and forth between a piece of geometry and a character rig. This may, in
some ways, slow down your workflow by minutes.

I have not provided a file, as this bug can be present in any .blend file.

Indeed this is a bit poor. I will try and see if I can fix this.

Found a quick fix (unsure if this breaks anything). Go to preferences -> Keymap -> Search by Key-Binding -> "3" - > Remove "Set Object Mode with Submode"image.png
