HDRI Preview Spheres appear in surface reflections #74212

Short description of error
When using material shading and overlays in the viewport, the gizmo at the bottom-left corner (sphere displaying the environment map used for preview) is reflected by shiny surfaces in the 3D world, despite technically being a part of the UI. Using the icon to show / hide overlays affects this, the reflection also disappears when overlays are hidden.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Should work in any setup, if there are issues replicating this let me know and I'll extract the relevant part from my project's blend file. Just add a plane, lower its material roughness so it's shiny, move the view upward so the overlays appear under it, and you should see the strange reflection.

I submitted a patch for review to remove the HDRI Previews from the render passes in the viewport.
Due to that the spheres are rendered as part of EEVEE, some effects (bloom, screen space reflections) will show them.
That the HDRI's are visible in the screen space reflections is a different issue and should IMO be documented as a known limitation or tagged as known issue. But I leave that to @fclem to decide.

Next time please split this issue up in two separate issues :-) Now we cannot close a ticket partly.
