Cycles: Bump node doesn't distort normals #74979

Short description of error
Height input have no effect on bump node output in cycles.
The main problem, that Generated texture cordinates give seams with bump. That is why I desided to try Normal input.

Can it be caused by c3be14e151 the same way as other bump problem?
I mean this #74517 (Using normal or bump maps in cycles produces flat washed-out shading)

I made corner case example, may be this will allow to assume what happens with normals.
