Try to run
blender_debug-gpu.cmd
that is included in the download. After Blender closes, the logs will be in a text file which can be attached here.As requested
blender_debug_output.txt
blender_system_info.txt
But you have non default addons enabled, listed at the end of system info
Disable the Addons, Here is updated logs{F8487439}

These logs don't say much.
It seems that it is not a problem on the GPU.
But anyway, can you try upgrading the GPU drivers?
See https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/dev/troubleshooting/gpu/index.html
Germano, the drivers were the latest 445.87, DCH version. I have just cleaned and installed the standard 445.87 Geforce Drivers and the problem persists.
Leave it with me. I recently upgraded to the newer 445.87 drivers in the past couple of days. I shall go back to an older driver tomorrow and retest.
Germano.
I've just downloaded the builds from the Blender 'Daily Builds', 2.83 Beta & 2.90 Alpha.
Here are the crash logs from Blender Website Daily Build, 2.90 build dated April 20th.
The blender_debug_output.txt shows an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION at the end of the log.

Further Update.
Problem in my case seems to be linked with Preferences / Viewport / Selection / OpenGL Depth Picking. Selecting an Object after Blender Startup.
2.90 local build. Blender crashes when OpenGL Depth Picking checkbox is UNCHECKED. When CHECKED, no crashes.
2.83Beta, todays build. Blender crashes when OpenGL Depth Picking checkbox is UNCHECKED. When CHECKED, no crashes.
2.82a. Blender doesn't crash when the OpenGL Depth Picking checkbox is UNCHECKED/CHECKED.
