Short description of error
Artifacts appear in viewport and in final render image when using GPU Compute rendering, sometimes it chrashes the whole operative system.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open default scene, go to system properties, enable OpenCL and the GPU, in render settings chose cycles, enable GPU compute and change to viewport rendering or try to render anything.
Based on the default startup scene, however my computer crashed 2 times when I tried to render only the cube, so i attach the screenshot of the first time I found this error while cheking another scene.

I am having the same problem with my RX 480's. Constant crashes and render artifacts. I've been looking around to see if there is a configuration that gets good performance with Blender.
