Scrolling any list like in the File Manager or the Preferences' Add-ons List using the scroll slider on the right side, crashes Blender. This doesn't happen if you scroll the list using the mouse weel.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Open Blender, navigate to the Preferences, select the Add-ons tab. Scroll the list using the mouse wheel and it should work fine. Go to the right side of the addons list and try to scroll the list clicking and dragging the slider. Blender crashes.
This happens in any other place where you can scroll with a slider, even in the Properties panel.
