Exact steps for others to reproduce the error:
1- Open Blender
2- Leave it as the default in the video (in Eevee)
3- Put the cursor and click on "Environment properties"
4- Then click on "Material Properties"
5- Re-enter "Environment Properties" and the program automatically closes completely.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before doing this, experience that if I leave it in "CYCLES" and do the same procedure it does not close and then I pass it to "EEVEE" it does not close either, the program closes when it is the first time if not I pass it to CYCLES, otherwise the program closes me.

Please don't make duplicate reports. I couldn't redo the bug you had reported earlier:

Please go to blender folder, double click on
blender_debug_log.cmd
and try to redo the crash with the steps you mentioned here.When blender closes, upload the two files debug_log.txt and system_info.txt.

Looking at the GPU, #77346 (Intel UHD 620: Blender crashes at modifying material properties ) & #77748 (When I open the Material Properties tab, Blender crashes) seem related.
Please retry after updating the GPU drivers.
